The decision regarding whether this appointment will be converted into a permanent role or merely serve as an interim measure remains unresolved. The 34-year-old scout has garnered widespread acclaim and has meticulously cultivated an exceptional network of contacts over the past several years. He joined FC Bayern Munich as a scout in December 2024 and subsequently rose to the position of Head Scout under Schmadtke.
