The ultimate status of this appointment, whether it will evolve into a permanent role or remain a temporary measure, remains uncertain. The 34-year-old scout has garnered widespread acclaim and has meticulously cultivated an exceptional network of contacts over the past several years. He joined FC Bayern Munich as a scout in December 2024 and subsequently ascended to the position of chief scout under Schmadtke's guidance.
